杨田林,男,山东潍坊人,1960年10月生,博士,教授,硕士生导师,致公党员,中国电子协会高级会员;曾任山东大学(威海)空间科学与物理学院副院长、学院省级实验教学示范中主任。
研究方向:
1、半导体薄膜材料与器件
主要研究宽禁带半导体光电薄膜材料、薄膜晶体管
2、超硬薄膜材料
主要研究氮化物、碳化物、类金刚石等超硬薄膜
3、光子带隙材料
主要研究光子晶体布洛赫表面波的特性及其应用

本科课程:《半导体物理》、《原子物理》、《普通物理》、《近代物理实验》、《普通物理实验》、《专业物理实验》、《薄膜材料制备技术》、《前沿讲座》等。
研究生课程:《纳米材料》,《薄膜物理》。

主持各类课题近20项,获教育部提名国家科学技术(自然科学奖)一等奖一项(第四位),威海市优秀学术成果二等奖一项。
